Once the tea is finished, let’s resume our way to Kayseri, in the center of the Turkey or you will have the opportunity to taste the wonderful mantı, the authentic main course of this city! Mantı is a dish made of pasta (a bit like ravioli with italian : each dough is filled with ground beef and tomato sauce. Once all the pasta has been designed by hand: let’s go to cooking! Elles sont cuites dans de l’eau bouillante, comme des pâtes normales. The only difference between pasta and mantı is obviously the sauce, but also a feature that is well linked to Turkish cuisine: yogurt. Amazing, isn’t it? We serve a little yogurt on the mantı, sprinkled with Sumac, a slightly spicy oriental spice.
